We partner with you on creating a clear and cohesive idea or theme for a space that reflects your needs, preferences, and style. You are comfortable sourcing & purchasing materials based off of vision boards, while executing and managing your project alone, using our provided Design Plan as a roadmap.
Conceptual design
You are doing a kitchen or bath remodel (or any single room requiring finish selections) and need help with selections of finishes (tile, countertops, paint, cabinet finish, etc.) This excludes a floor plan or layout changes, cabinet design, millwork or built-in design of any kind. This is for finish selections only.
Selections
You can choose to do one room, multiple rooms, or your entire home. You will receive a concept board with sourcing & purchasing materials list based off of vision boards, while executing and managing your project alone, using our provided design plan as a roadmap.
virtual/e-design
Furnishing + Accessories
Developing a design concept, room layout and furniture package for furniture, soft furnishings, art and accessories, while utilizing existing pieces you may already have. We can source and install these curated items or we provide a “shopping cart” for you to purchase on your own time.
Full service Design
Design, selections and project oversight for your renovation or new construction home. We work hand in hand with you and your builder to execute your dream home.

First phase of creating a clear and cohesive idea or theme for a space that reflects the client's needs, preferences, and style. This includes identifying the purpose of the space, defining the desired mood or atmosphere, and selecting appropriate colors, textures, patterns, and materials.

By this phase, many decisions have been made and many options explored. This is the time to nail down loose ends and answer as many questions that can be predicted as possible. This is a time of detailed notation on your project. Communicating in words, 2D and 3D plans and images as much information as is necessary for the project to be constructed.

This is the phase where all the dust flies and the project really comes to life! Contractors give bids and are hired. Permits are secured if necessary. Items such as light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and furniture are ordered, shipped, received and installed.
You can choose how involved you want us to be during this phase.
